Description :
Before interacting with the radio in any way, an object must be created and
tied to the serial port where the D7 is connected. This is done like this:
use THD7 qw/:constants :functions/;
my $Radio = new THD7 (\"/dev/ttyS0\");
The \':constants\' and \':functions\' tags import certain constants and
conversion functions described later on. These will be useful and their use
is encouraged.
