Description :
Programs that controls Realtek RTL2832 based DVB dongle in raw mode, so
it can be used as a SDR receiver.
This is a patched version of Osmocom\'s upstream RTL-SDR tools, with added
support for the hardvare version sold as RTL-SDR Blog v4 and its
R828D tuner chip.
