Description :
This package contains a plugin for use with the VMware Tools daemon (vmtoolsd). The autoUpgrade plugin allows VMware Tools to be automatically upgraded based on host-side settings.

The standard practice is to pick a VMware Tools meta packages (such as vmware-tools-esx or vmware-tools-esx-nox) and install it.
