Description :
Utilities for the K Desktop Environment. Includes: --ark, a graphical front end to archive utilities such as GNU tar. --kcalc, a scientific calculator. --kfloppy, formats floppy disks in either msdos or ext2 format. --kedit, a simple text editor --khexdit, an editor for binary (hexadecimal) files. --klipper, a tool for managing the cut-and-paste clipboard history. --klpq, a print queue manager --kpm, manages the processes running on the system
(other kdeutils components are now placed in individual RPM subpackages: kab, karm, kjots, kljettool, knotes, kwrite)
This package is intended for RedHat 5.1 or 5.2 systems. It will be installed by default in /opt/kde, but is relocatable to install under e.g., /usr/kde, using \"rpm --prefix /usr/kde ...\"
