Description :
The php-pgsql package contains a dynamic shared object (DSO) that will
add PostgreSQL database support to PHP. PostgreSQL is an object-relational
database management system. If you need PostgreSQL support for PHP
applications, you will need to install this package in addition to the
main php package.
All PHP modules can be used with both the CLI and the DSO version of PHP.
