Description :
Many ISPs use dynamic IP allocation. One problem with this is that users
cannot simply advertise a hostname or IP for their machines. This simple
client/server application is designed to alleviate that problem. The client
is used to register a (name,IP) tuple with the server, and to query the server
to associate an IP address with a name.
