Description :
The vRouter Project is an experimental project which aims to develop an
open-source IP network simulator. It can be used to evaluate IP Internetwork
designs before they are implemented in the field. When feature complete,
vRouter will be able to simulate the behavior of a network under specific
network traffic conditions.
