Description :
This library implements a number of programming utilities used by Paul
Barton-Davis (hence the name). It is used in some of his Open Source
software projects. See http://www.quasimodo.org/
Note that there are no separarate user and developer packages for this
library. It is in the plan that this split will happen eventually.
After that split takes place, this package will hold only the shared
user libraries, and a separate -devel package will hold the headers,
static libraries, &c.
